Moving from Jobber

To move from Jobber to PipedHQ, export your Clients, Products & Services and Jobs from Jobber as CSV files, then import them in PipedHQ under More → Import, in that order. PipedHQ shows a preview with its column matching before anything is saved, merges duplicates instead of doubling them, and lets you undo any import. You keep your business phone number by forwarding it.

1. Export from Jobber

1. In Jobber, open your Clients list and use Export to download a CSV.
2. Do the same for Products & Services (your price book).
3. Export Jobs too if you want your job history.

Menu names change from time to time. If you can’t find Export, look on the list screen itself or in Jobber’s help center under exporting data.

2. Import into PipedHQ

1. Open More → Import and choose Jobber.
2. Bring the files in one at a time: customers first, then price book, then jobs.
3. Check the column matching. Header names don’t have to match ours; you can change any match.
4. Review the preview before anything is saved; duplicates are merged, not doubled.
5. Import. If something looks wrong, undo it and try again.

3. Switch over without missing a call

• Phone: forward your business number to PipedHQ. Start in dry run for 14 days: it answers and shows what it would have booked, without touching your calendar.
• Open invoices: finish collecting what’s already out in Jobber; send new invoices from PipedHQ.
• Recurring work: set up maintenance and repeat visits again in PipedHQ’s schedule.
• QuickBooks: connect QuickBooks Online in PipedHQ once you stop syncing from Jobber, so nothing is sent twice.
