Every line shows where it came from, it never prices below the shop’s floor or invents a part, and a person reviews and sends every quote. The customer picks an option and signs on their phone.
How a photo quote works
- Take a few photos: the unit, the data plate, the venting, the shut-off.
- Say what you see: “40-gallon gas, leaking at the base, 14 years old.”
- The Estimator drafts three options from your pricebook, with permit and haul-away lines where your rules call for them.
- You review, adjust and tap Send. The customer gets a link, picks an option and signs.

- Every line shows its source: a photo, a pricebook item or a rule.
- Never prices below your floor and never invents a part; anything missing is flagged for you.
- Customers can text photos to your business line to get a draft started.
- Follow-ups at 24 and 72 hours; approved quotes land on the job, so the invoice matches.
